We’re here to bring hope and support to the heart of Indonesian communities, especially in times of crisis. Whether it’s responding to natural disasters like earthquakes and tsunamis or working towards sustainable community development, we strive to rebuild lives and communities; ensuring that they emerge stronger and more resilient.
Since the beginning of 2000, we have been committed to serving community development programs focused on women and children development. Some of our notable projects includes Mother & Child Health and Agriculture (MCHA Project), Micro Credit (SED and Women Empowerment), HIV/AIDS Prevention, Agricultural Consultation, Sanitation, Education and disaster response across Indonesia.

Currently serve as the Executive Secretary of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in West Indonesia Union Mission. Former District Pastor and Executive Secretary of North Sumatra Mission, former Department Director, Executive Secretary and President of Central Sumatra Mission.

A strong influencer and activist or volunteer for humanitarian programs for 30 years. As one of business professional in Indonesia, had richly gained the Board of Directors position for 35 years in several multinational and public listed companies in Indonesia.

More than fifteen years experiences in Humanitarian Sectors which covers Maternal and Child Health specialist, Education and Health, and Children and Social Affairs.

Has had a diverse career with 5 years in business development, 6 years as Country Director of ADRA New Zealand, 6 years in sales and 6 years as a telecommunications technician totaling more than 22 years experience. Seeks to live God’s purpose and improve conditions for humanity.

D'KARLO PURBA
Karlo has more than 10 years experiences in program & business development, dealing with donors for different sectors of development and emergency response projects. More than 20 years experiences in strengthening civil society organizations, managing emergency response and Disaster Risk Reduction projects. Member of ADRA Asia Technical Working Group on Disaster Risk Reduction or Climate Change Adaptation.

MURNI KUMALA
Murni has served the agency for more than a decade in the Finance Department. She is also part of the Regional Emergency Response Team. Prior to her work with ADRA, Murni worked as an auditor for a public accountant firm for several years.

Yosephine has served ADRA since 1999. Her deep commitment to improving the lives of those in need has led her to implement projects that address critical issues such as poverty, hunger, and access to education. Her exceptional leadership, expertise, and ability to mobilize resources have been instrumental in the success of numerous projects. Despite facing many challenges along the way, she remains steadfast in her passion for serving others and making a positive difference in the world.

Gracia has served ADRA Indonesia for over four years. She has experiences in relief and development project, providing assistance and support to communities affected by natural disaster and other crises. She is part of Regional Emergency Response Team.

MARIA WINERUNGAN
Maria is an Alumni Training of Trainers of Basic Disaster Management of National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). Actively teaching disaster preparedness to the Pathfinder Club or other youth communities. Member of ADRA Asia Communication Team. Prior to her current role, she has been serving communities as ADRA volunteer for five years in emergency responses and disaster risk reduction activities.
