Position Summary

Responsibilities
This position’s role is to train and facilitate community leaders, village’ government for corporate community partnership formation. The role will be carried out by organize trainings, groups meetings with private sector and drafting community-lead projects proposal for private company. The main objective of the role is to increase village’ capacity identifying share-values and to build trust in partnership with private sectors.

The overall long term goal of the Project is to increase community’ resilience and women empowering through partnership with private sectors. The role involves a high degree of good communication skills to encourage community participation in identifying their village development priorities, in designing innovative community-lead projects and community-based disaster risk reduction. This position is also responsible to provide regular report to ADRA Indonesia’ Project Manager and to suggest creative and innovative approaches to enable the program effectively mobilize community’s resources and to ensure its sustainability.

Qualifications Required
• Appreciative, be self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills in order to maintain an acceptable working relationship with formal and informal villages’ leader
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for cultural diversity.
• Bachelor degree (S1) or proven experiences in community organizer for at least 3 years.
• Familiar with participatory research, village development plan is an advantage to effectively carry out the required duties
• Ability to work under pressure at times while maintaining high quality results and team player in community organizing process.

Job Descriptions
The CCPO will undertake the project implementation at village level. S/He will encourage community and village’ leaders to build partnership with private sectors, facilitate meetings between private sector and community for community’ resilience or other village development agendas. To monitor the new established steering committee and to ensure good communication with strategic stakeholder.

The CCPO is required to undertake the following tasks:
• Design monthly planning based on the detailed implementation plan (DIP)
• Organize meetings, focus groups and company visit with village leaders.
• Support the new established steering committee to undergo their partnership formation plan
• Assist village’s teams to draft their community-lead projects proposals and creative presentation
• Proposing ways of improvement of Project methodology, strategy and technical matter that adjusted to local context and resources.
• Preparing the monthly activity reports and other reports as required to Project Manager.

Position Summary

This position’s role is to organize Training of Trainer (ToT) for Emergency Response Team (ERT), support ERT members for mitigation actions in partnership with the church. The role will be carried out by promotion and disseminate information to youth people and the church, managing data base (ERT members, youth volunteers), organize online training and web seminar, facilitate ERT meetings and fundraising and to support ERT members in partnership with BPBDs and to help ERT members during emergency response.

The overall long term goal of the Project is to build collaboration and partnership with Church and Government to improve community’ resilience and establishment and training of an National Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Qualifications Required
• Appreciative, be self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills in order to maintain an acceptable working relationship with church’ leaders and government agencies.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relations in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for cultural diversity.
• Bachelor degree (S1) and proven experiences in Disaster Risk Reduction or Emergency Response for at least 2 years.
• Familiar with Sphere Standard, DRR programs, church volunteer and participatory training methodologies, data base management to effectively carry out the required duties
• Ability to work under pressure at times while maintaining high quality results and team player in emergency response.

Job Descriptions
The PMA will support DRR Project Manager in project implementation of strengthening collaboration of ADRA-Church and Government in DRR and Emergency Response at national level. S/He will responsible to maintain good communication between ERT’ members with the church and the government.

The PMA is required to undertake the following tasks:
• Draft monthly planning based on the detailed implementation plan (DIP)
• Produce promotion materials, organize meetings, online trainings, web seminars and managing volunteer data base.
• Support PM to assist the new established Emergency Response Team (ERT) to undergo their mitigation actions and partnership with BPBDs.
• Support ERT members or Project Manager during Initial Emergency Response and make sure quality report and timely.
• Proposing ways of improvement of Project strategy and technical matter that adjusted to the changing of working environment and availability of resources.
• Preparing the monthly activity reports and other reports as required to Project Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Finance and Administrative Assistant roles and responsibilities involves in finance, accounting, stockpiling, cashiering, liaison with suppliers, and keeping an accurate records of fixed assets and other related documents. Maintain outstanding customer service to suppliers and projects, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets and handle organization’s payments; providing administrative and logistics support to management and field staff operating in different project sites. The duties will include, but not limited to, providing logistics support and general administration services. The role involves developing and preparing office documents in a professional, ethical and efficient manner. This role is a major link between the management, field staff, partners and communities and, therefore, requires proficient skills in office practice and management.


Qualification:
- Degree in Accounting, business management, or related field
- Computer skills to operate MsWord and MsExcel is a must
- Good command of English and Indonesian languages is essential in order to effectively carry out the required duties
- Proficient in office organization and general knowledge in logistics management.

Job Summary:
• Processing cash and bank transactions in accordance with finance policy, including obtaining all necessary document and signatures before effectuating any transaction
